A planning route for the mid-to-late game in Roll Anime to Fight pairs the Code & Reward ROI Planner with the Team Synergy & Slot Optimizer. The ROI planner decides which code packages are worth the time, and the team builder decides how to spend the resulting roster budget.

Code ROI score

The score is dimensionless and uses the player-stage weights documented in the calculator. Gold is weighted 1.0 for a New Player, 0.75 for a Mid player, and 0.5 for an Endgame player. Trait shards climb from 5 to 12 between New and Endgame. Infinite Tickets climb from 50 to 80. A Gold-tier character weight climbs from 250 to 600; a Diamond-tier character weight climbs from 800 to 2,000. The highest-scoring code for a New Player at Wave 76 is INFINITETOWER! because the Gold Kenpachi character and 200,000 gold stack dominate. For an Endgame player the score favors a different package, which is one reason the ROI planner exposes the weights.

Team synergy model

The Team Synergy & Slot Optimizer aggregates DPS, HP, role diversity, and slot upgrade tier. Each unit’s DPS and HP receive the illustrative merge multipliers from the Merge Planner, then a 10% per-tier additive slot factor, capped at tier 5. Roles are DPS, Tank, Support, CC, and Hybrid. An unknown role label is treated as Hybrid so an exploratory entry never crashes the calculator.

Synergy score

Synergy is a normalized Shannon diversity index across the five roles. A perfectly balanced team (one of each role) scores 1.0. An all-DPS team scores near 0. Empty slots reduce the score and a half-empty roster receives a recruiting warning. Synergy is not a tier list; it is a structural check that the team has coverage.

Tank-first recommendation

The optimizer’s default recommendation prefers Tanks when none are present, then a DPS, then Support or CC. The recommendation is a string in the UI; it does not change the aggregate outputs. A team with a single DPS unit and no Tank still computes the same DPS and HP numbers; the recommendation is a planning nudge rather than a constraint.

Combined unlock projection

The Code & Reward ROI Planner also surfaces a combined grant total. A New Player who has unlocked all four codes by Wave 76 has 465,000 gold, 75 trait shards, 8 Infinite Tickets, and three Diamond-tier characters. The Team Synergy & Slot Optimizer can then plan a roster with three starter Diamond fighters and four supporting roles.

FAQ

  • Which code gives the best ROI? Depends on player stage; INFINITETOWER! is the best New Player package.
  • What is the maximum Backpack Upgrade level? Five, capped by the calculator.
  • How is team synergy computed? A normalized Shannon diversity index across the five roles.

Frequently asked questions

Which code gives the best gold-per-character ROI for a New Player?

INFINITETOWER! because the Gold-tier Kenpachi character has the highest New Player weight in the ROI score.

What is the maximum Backpack Upgrade level observed?
